A graduation ceremony of sixty-eight (68) selected cadets from among the top passers of the Maritime School Assessment Program 2007 was held last November 29, 2008 onboard TS Kapitan Felix Oca (TSKFO), a training ship of the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP), docked at Pier 13, South Harbor, Port Area, Manila. These cadets are sponsored to undergo a three (3) months supervised training onboard the TSKFO from 01 September to 29 November 2008.
